Thesis Illustration Gallery Here is a collection of ten illustrations, completed for my Master of Fine Arts thesis titled An Illustrative Exploration of Birds of Prey in History and Culture. For this project, I researched not only the place of raptors throughout history and how they influenced people, but also of notable raptor artists, such as John James Audubon, Roger Tory Peterson, and Robert Bateman, and how their contributions to the world of raptor illustration in turn affected the public's perception of birds of prey.
